1. Your Right of Withdrawal (Legal "Cooling-Off Period")
Under European Union consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you nominate (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard shipping (excluding any supplementary costs for a more expensive shipping method you may have chosen), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision.
We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction for the refund, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Please note: We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
3. Conditions for Returns & Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of our products, your right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:

Opened and unsealed for hygiene/health protection reasons. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for compression boots where the hygiene seal has been broken or the product has been removed from its original packaging. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags and hygiene seals intact.
This exception is in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which excludes goods that are "sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons and become unsealed after delivery."
4. Standard Returns (Faulty or Damaged Goods)
This policy does not affect your legal statutory rights as a consumer. If the product is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or not as described, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund.
For health and safety reasons, returns cannot be accepted for the fabric/canvas parts of the boots if the original packaging has been opened or the product has been used. This policy is in compliance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at support@splusrecovery.com with your order number and photographic/video evidence of the fault or damage. We will guide you through the return and replacement process.
5. Return Shipping Costs

For Change of Mind (Within 14 days, unopened): You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. These costs are non-refundable.

For Faulty or Damaged Goods: We will cover the cost of return shipping via a pre-paid return label.
6. How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please contact us first at support@splusrecovery.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
You are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

7. Refunds Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days).
