Shipping & Delivery Policy for Splus recovery

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the processing times, shipping methods, costs, and related responsibilities for orders placed on www.splusrecovery.com. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed off to our shipping carriers within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

"Business days" are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. The processing period allows for order verification, payment clearance, and preparing your item for shipment. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing times may be extended. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to Croatia, Slovenia and Germany

International Shipping: We DO NOT offer international shipping outside of these areas. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the item price or our shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict what these charges will be, and non-payment may result in your package being held by customs or returned to us. Refunds will not be issued for returned packages due to unpaid customs fees.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, package weight, and destination.

4. Delivery & Fulfillment

Shipping Carrier: We primarily ship with [e.g., UPS, DPD, FedEx, DHL, etc.]. We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier of our choice without prior notice if necessary.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.

Delivery Address: It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping will be at the customer's expense.

Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss for the products you order pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. All claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier by the customer. We will provide reasonable assistance in facilitating such claims.
5. Shipping Delays & Service Interruptions

Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delays in processing or shipping caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or carrier service failures ("Force Majeure Events").

Carrier Delays: All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other logistical issues outside our direct control.
6. Returns & Refunds Due to Shipping Issues

We do not offer refunds for shipping costs for delayed packages.

If a package is lost in transit and a claim is approved by the carrier, we will, at our discretion, either issue a full refund or reship the product.
